The success of the league is attributed to volunteers, dedicated managers and coaches, and players. The Tobyhanna Little League also owes much of its success to the individuals, families and businesses that  support the league through the purchasing of banners, signs, sponsoring our teams and making general donations.

Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, Little League programs assist youth in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being. By embracing the virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, Little League Baseball and Softball programs are designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

This year, the Tobyhanna Little League raised over $10,000 in grants, sponsorships, general donations and fundraising activities.  This money allowed us to install new covered, fenced dugouts on our Junior/Senior field, replace old equipment and uniforms and also keep our fees affordable so as not to impose a financial burden on our families. We were also able to provide scholarship assistance to the families who could not afford the fee for their child to play baseball.  We will not turn a child away due financial hardship. In addition, as our existing equipment wears out, bats break, baseballs get lost in the woods, etc., we have to replace this equipment each year.

In order to keep our program going, the Tobyhanna Little League depends on the generosity of the local businesses and individuals who believe in what we do and know that when children participate in sports, they stay out of trouble. It also helps keep the children active by getting them away from the television, computer games, chat rooms, etc. But in order to continue our program, we need your help and ask you to consider making a donation to our children.
